Dropbox or Microsoft Foldershare - Which one to use ?

Dropbox says the following on its website -

3. Share the love-Invite friends and family to a shared folder for easy collaboration around files.
4. Effortless sync-Changes to your files are instantly synced across your computers.
5. Always accessible-All of your stuff is available via the web, so you can get it no matter where you are.
6. Don’t worry about it-Make a mistake? You can undelete files or restore old versions in a snap.

Windows Live Folder share website says - “Ever realized you needed a document that was on a different computer from the one you were on? With FolderShare, you can access your files from anywhere.”
